Student teachers reading the four-year Bachelor of Education programme are to spend 3 years on campus going through content and pedagogical studies, with a supported teaching component where student teachers go out to observe teaching and learning at assigned basic schools once every week. Student teachers will subsequently spend their fourth year on school attachment, where they are expected to live and teach in their school communities.
